They replaced my whole unit through AHS a few months ago, during the summer, I guess the furnace was never tested at that time because the other day we went to turn it on and it didn’t work. I reached out to them, first seeing as how this was the first time the heater was being used since it was replaced, thought maybe they would come check it out just in case it was something dealing with the installation and nothing major. Not off to a good start, American Home Shield sent them out to the house. They did a quick summary review and said it was an electrical issue. He put in for AHS to send out an electrician. Which would be another fee $$. He didn't ask if we had checked the electrical. I have been a licensed electrician for over 25 years, of course I checked the power before calling a repair tech for a compressor issue. I called company at 9am for service on a Friday morning . I Did not receive a callback (instead an email response ) at 16:58 stating it's Friday and i won't be able to get over there until Tuesday morning 9am. Then later stated he had no contact info to reach out to me to give me updates... REALLY like the same voicemail he heard an chose to use email address from? I would not personally recommend this company to anyone. I was forced to render their services due to a third party leasing process. I did let the leasing office know how lackadaisical his communication was with me. As a tenant I have a right to voice my encounters with the vendors entering my living space. I have never had to inform them of poor service from any other company we used via third party in the past 10 years of leasing from them . Mr. Jose and his son were prompt, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. I have used this company in the past, and will continue doing so. I have praised this company and recommended them to my colleagues and peers. Mr. Jose displayed concern with my comfort during this cold winter season and made it a point to arrive early to resolve my heating issues. This company is also contracted with American Home Shield (AHS). I highly recommend this company for any heating and air issues you may have.
