Charged over $350.00 to replace a starter that cost, at the most, $145.00 and charged $220.00 and it took over three days. Invoice very generic, "replace starter", no model number, etc. Also charged 1.5 hours labor. DO NOT RECOMMEND, in a pinch and will not go back for whatever reason. Ralph Phillips

Since the late 90's, I've trusted Exclusive Auto for many automotive repairs which I didn't have the time/knowledge to complete myself, and I have always received great service at a reasonable price. Even when I gathered the confidence to rebuild a couple of BMW engines myself, Lee was happy to share his experiences and offer advice. I highly recommend this company. 'They are honest, friendly, straightforward, and professional. A++

I have been doing business with this mechanic for over 20 years. He has never steered me wrong. He has never over charged me....he fixes the problem in a timely manner......he's worked overtime to get my car back to me in a pinch....he is as professional and dependable and knowledgeable as they come....I trust him wholeheartedly....I've referred others to him and they agree he is the best in the business. The owner likes to sell you parts that you do not need. He said I needed new spark plugs, I told him they were only 6 months old. He then said he was thinking of a different vehicle when I showed up unannounced to pickup my vehicle. While I was waiting to pay, the owner was telling another customer on the phone they needed spark plugs. The owner said my spark plugs looked bad on the phone. He did not even pull 1 plug.
