I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. David explains the issues to me, in terms that I can understand, and I feel very confident in his knowledge.
Lee is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and reasonable. Two times over the last few years I've taken my car to a couple different places in Springfield out of convenience and they told me I need to spend hundreds of dollars to fix my car. I then took it to Lee and he found the actual problem and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. He knows his stuff! I will always take my business here even though I live in Springfield.
The guys at Exclusive Auto are wonderful! I have been taking my X5 there since 2006, they are honest and if the repair can wait they will tell you it can wait. The bill is always what they say up front. Would most definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and have several times. Everyone I have recommended has called me back and had good things to say. Should be more auto shops with owners and mechanics like this.
Shame on anyone for thinking these people are dishonest. I have never been to a more reputable mechanic. I would recommend their services to anyone and know without fail you would receive quality repairs. There have been times they have sent me home with NO BILL bc no fix was necessary. I took my car in for breaks they said I still had a good 2-3 mos left on the pads and sent me home...they could've easily changed them and I would've easily paid. I have had Lee as a mechanic for my BMW's for over 10 years he is honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to do business with. He works around my schedule and is very easy to do business with.
The best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Very trustworthy.
I've found these guys to be very honest, and above all, very competent mechanics. My only real complaint is that they are a little slow in their communication. I'd say to the reviewers that have complained about the prices, if you are diss-satisfied with their prices, drive back up to the Springfield BMW dealer and get an estimate as a reality check.
