She is very nice and means well, just does not have much experience with wedding dresses. I wish she would have been honest and told me that she couldn’t handle my dress at the beginning. She complained about the length of my train and refused to take it in on top when I specifically asked her to. Kept saying “it looks fine!”. Also did not know how to do my bustle. I ended up having to pay more to take it to someone else to fix it on a short timeline. Definitely would not recommend for wedding dress alterations.

They can hem a skirt, no problem. But ask them to hem and take in the sides of a pair of pants, and you have to keep returning. Firstly, showing a picture is not enough, eventhough she agreed and said she understood after seeing the picture. Then she denied taking in the sides and says I bought the pants that way. When she sewed the sides in (she finally agreed that it's her work), she sewed around the zippers and created an unflattering pointy sides.
