I’ve used Chau’s alterations several times, including for my wedding dress. She has reasonable prices and is a delight to work with. She also does amazing work, I’ve been happy with everything she’s done for me!
Ms. Chau is the BEST!!!!! I go to her for everything and she always exceeds my expectations. Not to mention, she is the sweetest woman.
I don’t know the name of the lady who does the alterations, but I brought 2 pairs of pants for her to hem. I paid $50. The pants were still too long, so I brought them back to her. Her daughter, who sometimes helps her, measured my pants and gave them to her mom to fix. One week later, I come back to pick up my pants. The lady immediately starts speaking to me aggressively, saying that I brought her brand new pairs pants, as if I scammed her.
