Repair of my jacket took 22 days. I confirmed that I wanted to use a special zipper that had to be ordered and had to follow up 2x wherein I approved them to order that zipper. I was texted that it was ready and came to pick it up, then I was told it wasn’t ready, that there had been a mistake.
