You need to make sure you're very clear with her about what you are asking her to do. I brought in a pair of pants that need to be let out by 1 1/4 in., and she took them up by 1 1/4 in. instead. I specifically said to "let out" the pants, and she and I discussed if we could let out as much as 1 1/4 in. and still have enough fabric to make a good hem. Had to donate the pants, they're ruined. The stitching was fine, just made the wrong alteration.
Fast turn around time and great job making restorations to an older coat. She even made some replacements on buttons and did more than asked to elevate the work above what was envisioned. Would highly recommend for any alterations or restorations on clothing you might need, especially given the very fair prices of the work.

Exclusive Alterations was amazing! I had one dress of my deceased mother's that was sentimental and I wanted to wear but doubted that it could be accomplished as it had to be enlarged. Once I returned for my last fitting, I cried tears of joy. And the owner was just as beautiful, or more so than my dress, in skill, spirit, kindness and an absolute job to have spent time with. 10 stars from this extremely satisfied customer !
