Marlon is so talented and professional. He made alterations to an evening gown. When I tried it on, we agreed that adjustments needed to be made. There was no trying to suggest to me that it was fine or couldn’t be better. Marlon took the dress and made adjustments until we were both happy. He cared as much about the fit as I did. I needed to get my dresses for work altered and they did the best job! I’m so happy with how they turned out and they were able to accommodate how quickly I needed them! Definitely recommend.
I brought in two pairs of Comfrt sweatpants that needed drawstrings added, and this shop did a fantastic job! The stitching is seamless, the drawstrings look like they came straight from the factory, and the turnaround time was great. If you need high-quality alterations or custom additions to your favorite clothes, look no further. I’ll definitely be bringing more items back here!
I would like to thank the professionals at Exclusive Alterations for excellent service. I participate as a Cosplayer during Comic Con events namely the science fiction Dragon Con convention in Atlanta, Georgia that hosts about 80,000 people. I needed some pieces put on a costume and headgear to role play as a character from the movie Alien Covenant. Marlon was great! He even stayed a little longer than closing and did the job right on the spot. Maybe not something he can do all the time but just shows really good customer service. Nice work at a reasonable price.
