This is the 2nd exchange I've done with Exchange Resources and I have to say, I'm very happy with their level of expertise and communication. Big thanks to Shelene, Christine and Phil. This was a complicated deal because it was a reverse exchange and had some lending intricacies. They referred me to a fantastic lender who had extremely competitive rates at the time. They walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!!!
