RecommendedOne of the best apartment complexes that I've lived in. Very clean and quiet community. The newly rennovated office and pool are beautiful. Love the hot tub too! The office staff is super friendly and always so helpful when I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Exchange on the 8!

We moved here from out of state about one month ago. Brittany was amazing with answering our questions and welcoming us here. Love the pool, maintenance is great, and the new appliances are a plus! Highly recommend living here :)

i. have lived here 3 years now if you want a great place to live with nice ladies in the office and maintenance guys are quick to fix something that might be broken then look no further exchange on the 8 is the place to be
I don't live here, but one of my friends live here and I must say, it's amazing! The pool is awesome and the apartments are SUPER cute. If I lived in Mesa, I would DEFINITELY live here!
I live in 127 I like the place, Johanna the front office Secretary is very helpful and very respectful an wonderful, we need ladies like her in the office.
