RecommendedSuch a great apartment to live in! The front office staff is kind and the apartments themselves are nice. Maintenance responds quick and are always so helpful. Only bad thing is parking after 9pm, it's so hard to find a spot. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Exchange on the 8 to anyone!
Exchange on the 8 is by far the best appartments I have ever lived at, the staff is very kind and helpful, the pool is amazing, as well as the community, and also when ever something need to be fixed in the appartment, maintenance is always right on it, exchang on the 8 is a very peaceful place ,clean, calm, and protective place to live, big thanks to all the staff😁
Awesome place to live! The office and maintenance staff are always nice and friendly. The lovely ladies in the office are fantastic at answering any questions and the maintenance are very quick at responding and getting things fixed. Overall I really enjoy living here.
These are apartment homes and they are beautifully built. We are on our 2nd year living here and we love it! The staff is kind and its family oriented. I'll see you when you move in😊
office and maintenance staff are exceptional. the ladies are always so friendly and helpful. the office, pool, and landscaping is top tier. maintenance is always quick to respond and very courteous to their residents. i love living in a friendly environment and would recommend this complex!
I am going on my 3rd year living here and it is a very nice and clean neighborhood. The staff in the office are so very nice and they have taken care of me in times of need. All the maintenance staff are very friendly and always say hi when I walk past. They are also fast at responding and fixing things.
