I am giving 2 starts only because of the HOA. The neighborhood is at great location with a big community in it. The build quality is not great and the new apartment building planning will make the traffic worse inside the neighborhood. Where all these things can be compromised, the main headache is the Cusick company who manages HOA. They are the worst.
