Very disappointing experience purchasing a Pulte model home in Raleigh. During the sales process, the practical implications of the “AS IS” purchase structure and expired workmanship warranty were not disclosed at all. We put down deposit, entered the contract with good faith. After inspection revealed multiple concerns way beyond ordinary cosmetic wear, we requested repair, resolution or release of our deposit.
