Very reliable builder and it's an excellent community.
The experience with Pulte was very good. The team was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process.
The home buying and building process was incredibly clear and simple. The homes are excellent quality and the entire neighborhood is beautiful. We love the sidewalks and trails!
Community is nice. HOA is the biggest disaster ever. Communication is horrible. Issues do not get handled. Conflicting information constantly sent out. Almost impossible to actually get ahold of anyone. Gym equipment broken/ missing for months with no resolution. Lawn care service not performed if you have a fence even though there is NOTHING in the HOA ARC guidelines for townhomes saying a fence excluded you from service- but you still have to pay for it!
