Dr.Pollands office is very beautiful nice location and all the staff are very nice and friendly!! Definitely recommend this office
It was a great experience meeting with Dr. Polan, his staff was also very nice, I’m getting used to the oral device and they have been very helpful as to how to use it and care for it. Great all around.
The team at North Shore Sleep and TMJ are amazing, attentive and so knowledgeable! From start to finish the process of getting a mouthpiece for my sleep apnea has been seamless. Dr. Polan is so passionate about his work! It's because the mouthpiece really does work. I haven't sleep this good in years! Best decision I ever made was seeing them and ditching my CPAP machine!
Life saver! The mouth guard they made for me truly changed my life. I was constantly waking up with headaches from severe teeth grinding and that is now gone.
I’ve had TMJ issues for years and after months of experiencing a locked jaw, Dr. Polan was a godsend! Treatment has given me better range of motion in my jaw and no more clicking/popping. Many other drs only offered Botox as a solution, so Dr. Polan’s treatment plan of oral appliances, red light therapy, and PRP treatments has been such a great alternative! The team is awesome and always so friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend North Shore Sleep & TMJ to anyone who struggles with TMJ issues.
