I had known David Cohen professionally as I ran a group for older adults at Osher Lifelong Learning and I'd asked him to speak to our group twice about older adult housing. I've been working with Rachel and David for almost 3 years now and I can't say enough about how great they are. They communicate really well, but more then anything they are truly compassionate and actually care for those individuals and families looking for the right place for their loved ones. I would; and do refer to them often when families are trying to navigate the complex world of senior living. They live up to their company name every day and are truly exceptional at what they do.
An extremely disappointing experience with ESP co-owner, Rachel Cohen. At the end of February 2025, I had a very good first meeting with Rachel Cohen about finding a place for my 89-year-old mom with moderate dementia. She seemed knowledgeable and genuine. After telling me she had some places in mind and would make calls, I never heard from her again. After nearly three weeks, I sent her an email asking for an update on her search.
