Very shady rental company. I would typically keep this professional but I am seeing there true colors now that we are across the country and have moved out, so I'll give the same respect here. The lady at the front desk (Jen) is a liar, they will say one thing and do the complete opposite so don't ever trust a phonecall with them, get EVERYTHING in writing.
