Best experience – My old place used the remover pads but I dont see any difference :). My girl friend recommended me to this salon couple months ago for Shellac and I just love them. I did read those review about we suppose to soak in a shellac remover pads. But it's IDEALLY. How long would it take to remove all the Shellac? And Im not that patient to wait 1.5 or 2hrs long for a shellac manicure lol..... I got mine removed the same way and they are fine. Best Shellac Experience ever – That's all I can say. My manicure last soooo long. 3 WEEKS can you imagine? My nails grow out and are ok no chipping which never happened before. My girlfriend referred me to this salon and I had to drive 30 minutes to get my Shellac manicure done, Pedi as well. lol....Far but I satisfy. :)

Shellac nails, but not here – I should have looked at the shellac nail videos first. Who knew pads are supposed to be wrapped around each nail to remove the shellac at the end of two weeks. Exceptional Nails had me soaking my fingers in acetone and then scrapped off any residual with a metal manicure instrument One by one my nails began to split and break. The scrapping removed layers of my nails. At last they are growing back. Loved the shellac concept, BUT NEVER again at Exceptional Nails..

Awesome experience – I found this place after a long day shopping at the Galleria and didnt want to get stuck in the traffic so I stopped by and I had a good time. Great price and wonderful job. Friendly environment. I love this nail salon. Everybody does a good job. When you are here, you are in good hands. My manicurist (in Richmond) uses Gelish as the base coat on my nails for a long time and it's as good as Shellac's basecoat. There is a little diffence in the price but the quality is the same. Disappointed – I discovered Exceptional Nails when looking for a place that offered the new CND Shellac nail polish and was very pleased with my initial visit. I referred many friends and even my mother to the salon to try the Shellac Manicure. However, the second time I went, Amy, the salon owner swapped out the Shellac Manicure Polish with a cheaper gel alternative. best experience – I used the same pedicurist for 3 years at another place. She happened to be out of town and, I had to bite the bullet to have my nails done elsewhere. This is how I found Exceptional Nails. They were amazing and did an incredible job. The staff is very particular, clean, nice. Since this experience, I have not been back to the old place. I come here once week! You should really try it. Be sure to get the salt, mask and hot towels on you legs. It will revive them in a hurry:)
