Called 911 for an elderly woman who fell and hit her head outside of a McDonald's. Her forehead was dripping blood. She proceeded to walk into the McDonald's to escape the rain outside. Upon arrival, one of your drivers circled the McDonald's twice. I advised the driver the woman went inside and her head is bleeding. The driver harshly stated, "Well she must not need an ambulance then" and drove off. Appalled at this disservice.
What a great man who helped me when I had fallen and broken which seemed like everything, Compassionate and caring. I will always have fond thoughts of how well I was taken care of.
