Worst Lab Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs This is by far one of the worst laboratory experiences I have ever had. I visited exceptional Lab (now ICARE) on December 18 for two critical tests. I was clearly informed that one report would be available within 2–3 days and the other within 5 days. Surprisingly, one report was generated the same day, but for the second test, after more than a week, I was informed that my sample had been misplaced. Amazing company! Ms. Reid does an excellent job with our patients and communicating with our medical staff for patient needs. This company’s pricing is very cost-effective. In my opinion, this company is better than Quest and Lab Corp service centers. Highly recommend!
