I love this practice. Been with these Dentists for a long time. Very client friendly. Was there for a teeth cleaning yesterday and was again, excellent customer service. From the moment you walk in, until you leave, every employee treats you like you are someone special. Sammy did my cleaning and she was very professional and friendly, I had some issues with my sensory feelings and she was very careful with that. She took her time and stopped often to make sure I was okay. It was a very pleasant visit.

Exceptional Dentistry of Delaware is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to. Dr. Matthews and her staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend them.

Facility is clean. Office staff, hygienist, and Doctor are friendly and informative. Dentist and hygienist do a thorough exam and communicate well with patient.
Today at my appointment at Exceptional Dentistry, Dr. Matthews came in after my cleaning and took her time with me. She answered all my questions, was very sociable and did a thorough exam of my teeth. When I left and was in the parking lot I saw her come out and rush to her car. To me that showed how much she cares about her patients, even though she had somewhere to be, she took her time with me. Thank you Dr. Matthews.
