RecommendedAll the Drs I've seen have been amazing. Front staff was always very nice when dealing with them. I've been going here for over 4 years and never had a bad experience.
I'm literally in tears. I had a 10 a.m. appointment. I was there 10 mins to the hour waiting in the sitting area. I was actually the only person in the sitting area, not a single acknowledgement. 15 mins after the hour I talked to the receptionist who basically told me that I'd missed my appointment because I didn't check in. I explained that no one said anything to me, being that I was the only person sitting there, how about asking "what can we do for you today?". I was offered a later time that I can't make. Doctors are top notch, professional and caring. Staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. From appointments to billing; inept in every way. And RUDE! I can handle mistakes, every makes them. But I will not tolerate rudeness from these employees. Too bad because the doctors were great.
Dr. Bron is the very best. She is kind, invested and does everything she can to the benefit of her patients. Unfortunately, the office staff is really poor. I have been going to this office for a little over 2 months. At my first follow up, my appointment was not scheduled for the correct day, but I thought, it's ok, no big deal. Dr. Bron still saw me and made it work. However, that coupled with the phone call I just received regarding a bill that I received YESTERDAY, is over the line. I love Dr. Wagers and She didn’t get to deliver my baby but Her partner Dr.Ryan in her practice did and was just as amazing.
Doctors Ryan and Boydston have treated me like a ping pong ball. They have on multiple occasions cancelled my appointment because they couldn't decide which one was my doctor. Cannot recommend. I waited months for the appointments they cancelled every time. They cancelled this last time 45 minutes before the appointment. Ineptitude on a grandiose scale.
Dr. Wagers was my primary care for the past 4 years of which as a doctor is fine. However the staff is extremely hard to work with they don't communicate what you ask with the doctor. I specifically asked for a full specific blood panel because of a recent medical issue and family history. The day I told them I was planning to come they gave no instruction on fasting and the blood test requested was not the full panel. They told me I have to come another day because my doctor was out and is the only one who can request a ful... read more
Dr. Arendt is the best doctor. She is so kind and caring. She delivered my baby Jacoby. He was born a month early and she did an awesome job making sure everything was fine. I highly recommend her.
