Excelsior Pool Leak Detection is fantastic! This has easily been the best experience we've ever had with pool service or any kind of home improvement. Brent installed a new motor for our pool and did an excellent job. He was professional, worked quickly, and even balanced our pool’s pH after it had been thrown off by a previous service. Out of all the pool cleaning and repair companies I contacted, Brent was the only one to respond quickly, come out to check the issue, and provide a fair quote before starting the work. I highly recommend this pool cleaning service.

Here’s a revised version of the customer feedback, following your requirements: If you’re thinking about getting a pool, trust what they tell you at the start. They mentioned upfront that they might not be the fastest pool service around and that communication could be improved, but they do a great job building a quality pool.
