New office staff is awesome, very sweet and quick at completing my service request, always efficient and available! Hope this staff stays around !

During our time living here, we dealt with a roach- and centipede-infested apartment, maintenance issues that rarely got resolved, terrible parking, and water shutoffs that happened far too often—sometimes at least once a week. Wanna give a big shout out to Mrs Letty and Mr Jeff and their awesomeness they are a great team I had problem with my ac unit and not even 30 mins after I put in the order they responded immediately and my ac was fixed that same day not only that they are caring enough that Mr Jeff reached out to me just to ask me how was my ac working and the moment Mrs Letty saw me she asked too I'm really happy with them being here now last management wasnt good at all so thank u for bringing us Mrs Letty and Mr Jeff
Definitely stay away from these. They are not treating applicants correctly. "Risk assessment fee" of up to $1000 (non-refundable). I know you didn't charge ANY ITINs that much to move in. Maybe you need the law in your lives.
