After hearing this place on the News for shooting and reading all the comments. This place sounds like a nightmare, starting with ownership and management alone.
Worst and unhealthy place for live, getting from bad to worst. trash covering entrance side to side, Gate 24/7 broken. Safety company is never there, allowing intruders to broken and steal cars, BTW cameras never work. Pool green and full of plagues. Around it's full of plagues and rats. They don't replace what is broken in your apartment, knowing and having the report for months and always saying still pending or someone it's going to see them, and already many people keep going and giving same report. Horrible place for live. Trash everywhere, infestation of roaches inside and outside the apartments. Gate it's always broken. You notify before moving there what's broken on your apartment and week after week same answer and "report it's made". The maintainances people it's just hanging around. Pool is never cleaned or opened, facilities are closed for public and you can see rats coming out of it. Outsiders comes and goes like a mall. This place is getting from Bad to Worst! They keep you waiting for change equipments they know are broken for months, like stoves, A/C, toilets, etc. the gate it's 24/7 broken. New safety company, are never there and intruders keep entering to broke or steal cars. The trash covers side to side the entrance bringing plagues and rats. Unhealthy place for live
