I like my doctor Scott Haung. I have been over 10 years.
We had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Aung Kyaw Soe Maung. My mom had just been discharged from both the hospital and a nursing facility, and we came in with several important follow-up concerns regarding her health. Unfortunately, Dr. Maung showed no compassion or patience. He didn’t take the time to listen to us or address our questions, often brushing off our concerns and making us feel dismissed and belittled. Very very rude receptionist. Don’t recommend. Everyone should go and see if you would like to start your day with bad mood.
The staff are unprofessional and rude. There’s also a clear disconnect between the doctors and nurses for when appointments should be on what time and whether they’re in-person or virtual. If you have a financial situation and your insurance isn’t fixed or stable, staff seems to give an unpleasant vibe and look down on you. They don’t treat everyone equally.
