Beware doing business with Richard from Excellent Water Treatment Inc. He is a rude individual with questionable sales tactics. There are other options for getting your water system maintained without the hassle of dealing with this individual. Rich installed our water system in 2011 and did a fabulous job with presentation and installation. He's been servicing the system ever since. Rich is a one-of-a-kind salesman. He is super knowledgeable on the product he sells and has a great personality. If you purchase from Excellent Water Treatment, Inc., you'll get excellent service. The water tastes awesome and there's no hard water residue on your body after a shower...it's so refreshing. This is great product that comes with great service!
I have honestly never had a worse experience with a salesperson than I did with Richard. He seemed immediately annoyed that I had been getting quotes from other companies. He would not let me know the prices of any of his systems, would not explain them to me, and kept pushing me to tell him how much I was willing to spend cash. When Rich came to my door I was a little skeptical about what he was saying, in my head he was just another salesperson trying to convince me to buy something but I'm glad I took time to hear what he had to offer about water treatment. I had a great experience with his company. He went above and beyond to make sure that my family was satisfy with his service. He was excellent and he provided excellent service.
