The good folks at Excellent Roofing did an amazing job replacing a skylight window over our master bathroom. It was quick, the shingles match perfectly, and the quality of work is outstanding. At the last minute, I asked if they could also clean my gutters while they were on the roof. They took care of it without hesitation. Excellent Roofing has raised the bar on quality service. We had a complete tear off and replace done by Excellent Roofing in 3/2012. The service, team members, and quality of work were superb at that time. Fast forward to 1/2016 and I noticed a leak, so I called to get someone back out to take a look. Within hours a team had responded and let me know it was a problem with our chimney. We had a bad storm that knock down a tree on our house . Called excellent roofing the next morning . Much to my surprise they called me back within 10 min. They cut the down tree and hauled it to the road , replace damage shingles that day . Excellent roofing had my gutters up in two day . Price was right also . See why they are called excellent roofing . We will use them again in the future.

They may do great work, but I wouldn't know since they essentially ignored me. I left one VM without receiving a call back. Waited about a month before I called again and was able to speak with John. He took my information down and said he would contact me after he had a chance to look at our house. It has been over a month since then with no word. It was a small job and they are probably very busy this time of year but just be honest. Very unprofessional.

John was a pleasure to work with, scheduling was fast and appointment times were kept without issue. The quality and speed of the complete tear down and rebuild of my roof was unparalleled. This wasn't the first roofing company I had contacted about the job but they stood out from the rest with stellar communication and product knowledge, will certainly call them again when my garage roof needs replaced!

Excellent Roofing replaced my roof in December 2014. John Bennett made the process easy during a very busy time, and the crew did a wonderful job. The new roof and new gutters look great. The work was so efficiently and thoughtfully done that several neighbors commented on how much they appreciated their presence in our neighborhood as well as the result.

I needed a roof certification letter for a home loan. I called excellant Roofing at 9 am and John and his crew were on the roof before 11 am the same day. Not only did they inspect the roof but they preformed some basic roof maintance. John had the certification letter in my hands by the same afternoon in time for me to forward it to my loan company and get the loan process back on track. Customer service is king and Excellant Roofing is wearing the crown.

Diagnosed and patched my leaky roof within minutes! Also patched several other potential problems. Great work. Great team. Months later, when I thought I had another problem, he arrived and diagnosed the problem - a leaky upstairs bathtub! The only roofer I'll use from now on!
