Full me once shame on you, full me twice shame on me. Super disappointed. I had wrote a bad review for a order of flowers to be delivered to my wife's office for her birthday which never got there because the florist was at an event according to thier staff. Ouch!! that hurt.. The owner later called to remove the bad review.She said she was sorry and her sraff screwed up. She said she would refund me and send my wife courtesy flowers the next day for my inconvenience. We'll 2 days later no refund and no flowers. I personally... read more

Today I am happy! I wanted to order flowers for my mother and sister for valentines day. I feel lucky to have found Excellent Florist! My sister works in Doral, mom lives in Miami. I called to find out if they can deliver to both and to my surprise they did. I do want to mention that I ordered because they can and mainly because I spoke with a very professional and energetic “German”. He made the sale happen.
