The service was terrible. I booked Excellent Cleaningz almost two months out to do a deep clean of my house the Saturday before my family was to arrive. I received a message asking if they could switch my time to Tuesday afternoon which I said was fine because my family was coming in on Wednesday. They showed up to my house at 9am when I was at work. We hired excellent cleaningz to clean our house weekly and they never failed us. They always make sure to always be meticulous. Very good customer service, employees are very respectful and reliable. If they are running behind they make sure they let us know. Recommend company!
I hired excellent cleaningz because the other company bailed out on us. And I never regretted I did because they were amazing. They were very detail oriented, hard working and happy cleaners. This company is very good to deal with, easy scheduling and fast in responding clients. Will be asking to have our office and building cleaned by them. My experience with this company was unfortunately a negative one and I wouldn't recommend this company for home cleaning. I scheduled a cleaning for last Wednesday and they showed up Tuesday without warning. We made due, but they had to come back Thursday to finish the job. They never showed up. I contacted the owner three times before hearing back from them Saturday morning.There was a personal situation she was dealing with. Understandable, but the issue never ended up getting resolved. Excellent Cleaningz did a wonderful job on our home that we put out for sale after the renters trashed it. They spent a lot of hours on it and never giving up. The company sent out 3 wonderful ladies and they did an immaculate job - they were there for 7 hours (21 hours total) but that was worth it. Now I am Confident to sell the home because it is clean again. Thank you excellent Cleaningz for taking your time to clean the place. Highly recommended and will Recommend to friends and families.
