We were browsing for a new vehicle a couple days ago as my Ford was in the shop. We found a few cars at excellence auto service. Narrowed it down to 5 and our mechanic helped us narrow it down to 2. Upon arrival Katie was so helpful. I had mentioned how I wanted something with longevity and were hoping for the mazada, accura and Subaru. She DID mention we probably wouldn't want the Subaru. I’m absolutely thrilled with this company!!! Sam is the best agent in the world. He explained everything to me, was polite, knowledgeable, and kept making jokes the whole time. I arrived by bus at 2 PM, and just a couple of hours later, I drove off in my new car!!! I completely recommend them — especially Sam!
