On a cold Chicago morning this week, I had Eugene pick me up at the airport. I'd told the dispatcher that my international flight was arriving at 10:10 but it might take a while for the bags to come out based on my experience, and sure enough, it took almost an hour for me to retrieve both from the carousel. Eugene and his team are great! Very prompt arrival to take us to the airport. The sprinter van was so clean and they had water waiting for us. He transported my group of 7, even made two stops! When we arrived he texted me even before I could let him know our flight landed. He was there right when we got out of the airport. Absolutely a great experience even going to use for our upcoming wedding transportation this fall!
