Helen is so unprofessional. I simply told her she was not doing my daughter’s hair correctly and she become loud, in the presence of my child, and very combative. I’ve never experienced someone so unprofessional as she. She literally scared my daughter which is very unacceptable. We will not be returning. This woman definitely owes me a REFUND my child’s hair looks TERRIBLE!!!!

Don’t go here first let’s start with the lady who first started on my hair she kept passing gas and never said nothing till I was like omg then she got up and sprayed herself down then the owner got on my head while her kids are banging on windows and screaming and crying and at the end when I paid she had the nerve to up the price also while doing my hair she started getting into it with a customer!! And then after all that I WALKED OUT HATING MY HAIR!!!!! 2-9 for a bob boho style is crazy!!!!
I love the styles Helen does to my head always. Never a disappointment. I love my braids
