My experience with Excellent Blinds and Shutters was truly enjoyable. I have high standards for interior design, and I wanted roller shades that would match the overall style of my home. They really listened to my ideas and gave me great advice on colors and fabrics. The whole process went very smoothly, and the installation team was professional and efficient. It’s been almost a year now, and the quality has proven to be excellent. Overall, both the product and service were perfect. I highly recommend them!
I hired this company for a small window in my kitchen and they did such a great job, I got them again for my master bedroom window. Their prices are pretty affordable. Both times they had someone come in the next day for a quick quote and answered all my questions . I also liked that they were not pushy when it comes to sales. We had Excellent Blinds and Shutters come out and install new shutters throughout our home about a year ago. They did an amazing job and the price was better than expected. We did have one piece break and they came out and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. The service is wonderful, I will refer this company to anyone I know needing shutters or blinds.
I don’t usually post negative reviews, but I feel compelled to leave this one to save people from wasting their money like I did. I had Excellent Blinds install ~5 Roman shades in my house a few months ago and could not be more disappointed with the way they look. They look incredibly cheap, with the shade top pieces and back coils being plastic (not metal as more high end companies would include), and don’t roll up evenly on both sides, no matter how slowly I try to roll them up. We have had a great experience with Excellent Blinds and Shutters. Our consultation was with Alex who was very informative and friendly. Peter and Carlos came out to install our new shutters. They were both super friendly and finished in less than an hour. We love our new shutters. Solid quality so far and a big improvement from the dated blinds we had before which were mismatched and discolored throughout the house.
