I recently had an issue with my 40-year-old gas furnace and contacted Excellent Air Conditioning & Heating Services based on their positive Google reviews. A team was dispatched the next day to diagnose the problem and confirmed it was time to replace the old unit. Later that day, Glenn, the owner, stopped by to take measurements and thoroughly explained the issues with the old furnace. I do not typically leave review. But Glenn the owner was very easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained things very simply and was flexible in his scheduling.
After my heating went out, I relied heavily on Google reviews to find someone to repair and chose to call Excellent Air because of the many positive reviews. I am leaving a review to help someone else make their decision. Glenn from Excellent Air was fantastic. He returned my call within minutes and came within the hour. He is so knowledgeable and answered my many questions. He was able to fix the problem quickly and was very thorough. I am happy to have found a new HVAC person to call for any future needs!

Glen and his team are excellent. I have used them in my home in Douglaston for a small emergency project (he made a repair but told me to expect the system would blow within a year or two) and then a larger full replacement of the AC central air system when it burned out (as he predicted.) Price was competitive, showed up when scheduled, his staff was clean and professional, and he was on site to manage. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a vendor. Recommend 100%.
