We had to completely change out our central AC system on the upstairs and it was really excellent working with Glen and his team. Very responsive and detailed throughout the process. It was great knowing that they came through for us earlier than we had anticipated and save us a lot of tough hot days during the summer. Great job overall.
Great company! The 1st visit William diagnosed the problem with our split air units and couldn't repair it at the moment. He was visibly unhappy with himself because he couldn't make us happy by solving our problem. That shows he takes great pride in his work. You rarely find that in today's world, unfortunately. He and the crew came back another day and was able to replace 2 units without a hitch. And it gave us a great price for both of them. They efficiently ordered and replaced the necessary part, and I appreciated their help ensuring the part was covered under warranty, so I only paid for labor. Their pricing was reasonable.
