We bought 11,700 sf of multiple layers of engineering floor for our house in Atherton. Please avoid working with this business at all costs! I received a bad product from them and then lost $1400 of refund for a portion of the product I returned to them eventhough they first agreed to pay it. They used bullying and deflection practices to intimidate me and never accepted resposibility for the bad product they delivered to me. I am going to report them to BBB.
