I brought more then $10k engineer wood for my floor on July 2024. When we saw the sample at store that was very great coating on the of wood. However there are many pieces of wood with bad quality. Even now my floor has many piece of wood's surface is starting wrinkles and peeling off. Feel bad, because changed the floorwood that was a big project for me.
We bought 11,700 sf of multiple layers of engineering floor for our house in Atherton. Please avoid working with this business at all costs! I received a bad product from them and then lost $1400 of refund for a portion of the product I returned to them eventhough they first agreed to pay it. They used bullying and deflection practices to intimidate me and never accepted resposibility for the bad product they delivered to me. I am going to report them to BBB.
