I had the worst experience with this realtor Jose Aguilar. Cove up the problems on the buildout was buying. Was not honest and too many lies. Had me sign a paper between all the papers selling the property to me as Is which cost me over $70000 to fix. Very very dishonest person. The escrow company they work with is located in their office who made so many mistakes. She ( Laura) was selling me a different property by putting a wrong address.
