My 20+ year old water heater went out and started leaking. The original contractor who was scheduled in the morning to come replace it never showed up. When I realized the other guy was a no show I called Excellence and their CS agent was courteous and patiently answered all my questions. Then she did her best to try to get a plumber out to my place the same day even though I called later in the day and all their plumbers were on other jobs.
