You can never get through to their office. The phones ring and ring
Her office closed in May 2025. No notice. I found out when I picked up my meds from Publix. That's not good. I hope she's ok
She is closing. Overall bad experience. Delays no calls back . Repeated requests in order to fill prescriptions. Dr is very nice just bad timing for me. Moved here in Aug 2024 when I meet her I explained I needed someone solid and secure after being with Dr up north for 20+ years only to have her announce she will be closing.
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any clinic. The front desk lady Angelica was rude, unprofessional, and had the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever seen in a customer-facing role. She talked down to me, rolled her eyes, and acted like she was too good to answer a simple question. Newsflash: just because your mom owns the place doesn’t mean you’re royalty, reminder ur MOM owns the place not YOU.
