We have used Excellence Irrigation twice. Once when we initially moved in our home almost 6 years ago. The installed a french drain system and a complete sprinkler system, crushed granite in areas that do not grow grass. This year we had a pool put in and our system was completely destroyed. TERRIBLE!!!! Did not do work as agreed. Work was crappy on my French drains, pergola and where I was supposed to have solid surface like concrete and they laid loose granite like rock which I’ve lost a lot of it down my French drains! He insists that solid surface is loose rock! Then my French drains were not even concreted around grates as agreed so my river rock, granite rock and soil all get washed down into drains.
