I'm giving two stars, only because they've done wonderful work for me in the past. I've even referred other to them because of it. But for whatever reason, the last two attempts I've made at seeking their services have been met with completely unanswered emails, texts, and phone calls. Both times I've gotten one first-response, and then nothing. My last email to Greg was, "I'm wondering if I've offended you in some way?" There is simply no response. Totally unreliable. One star is too many...this company deserves a ZERO. Made appt THREE weeks ahead with Gregg and based on his agreeing to provide 2 men to assist in moving a mattress AND my agreeing to pay overtime since this was a SATURDAY I rented a truck and arranged for movers on the other end. TWO days before the job I phoned for confirmation. Gregg was unavailable but was to have called me back. INSTEAD Gregg texted me (did not have the decency to phone) that he had taken a job in Newport and just couldn't make. Oh ... read more

Greg and his staff are true professionals. Very fair pricing and beautiful work! Jobs big and small are no problem..
