Absolutely unconscionable that they are charging $1 a page for your own medical records. Since this practice was bought out, it became rude, inflexible, difficult to schedule, and now that I want to leave, burdensome to do so. The law states that they may charge $1 page for first 25 pages, not for all pages, but they misrepresent this information when you call. Additionally, the Dr. misdocumented information given. I had indicated that I had a condition for X years. They documented it that I had it since I was "X age" result... read more
Always a top notch job explains everything to you. Had an issue with my insurance and office staff tried to help rectify it.
Excellent experience with Dr Siegal and staff. Had cataract and astigmatism surgery on both eyes. Everyone was always professional and on time with each appointment. The surgery center was top notch, wonderful staff as well. I was to the point of not being able to drive, and now my vision is literally perfect. Painless, quick, no complications, great follow up. I would highly recommend to all.
This was the best medical procedures I’ve ever experienced in my life. … painless…precise… amazing…Dr was Totally confident… which made me feel comfortable …the dr did exactly what he said he was gonna do …professional .. caring… adept… I had operations for ocular implants. Extremely rude staff and doctor, Still don’t know what the $65 refraction fee was, I was told since he’s an ophthalmologist you have to pay this fee, which is basically to get a prescription for glasses. My eyes were dilated, never asked if someone was driving, never told to wear sunglasses, left the office with blurred vision to drive 20 minutes home. Such an unpleasant experience
