I had excellent cataract surgery before the pandemic and went back in Feb 2023 because of a vitrious mass in my eye.. Surgery was scheduled, then the scheduled time changed, then it was changed again. The problem is not the EXCELLENT DOCTORS, it's the SUBSTANDARD MINIONS who surround them. As the surgery schedule was fumbled around, people kept calling my emergency contact's phone saying they could not reach me. My phone co. said the problem was the Center's, not my phone service. Honestly, best experience I've had at an eye doctors. He was quick and respectful. I got a contact prescription and glasses prescription in about 30 mins. I didn't expect much because it was inside of Costco but that's probably what made it a great experience. Convenient and quick. Highly recommend.
