The HOA, and this Excellence Management Company are Terrible, They take way too much in Fees for HOA and absolutely do nothing on the Property at 6955 North Durango Drive, The Regent @ Town Center. There is no Maintenance, per say and nobody does a thing about all the Dog feces and Pigeon Feces Problems we have. It is very concerning that the Garbage is uncovered and all over.
