Terrible Management Company in Las Vegas I live at REGENT TOWN CENTER in the NW and have been struggling with EXCELLENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT about my neighbors leaving trash on their front porch. THE WORST! This organization will remind you that you have no constitutional rights! They waste more money on postage to send out complaint letters to WRONG addresses! They will send a letter declaring you are in violation but can’t even attach a picture to prove it’s your home. Inept, unkind, uncaring Excellence Community Management is not in excellence, that's for sure. They are good at making inflexible demands but very poor when it comes to customer service. Although they've made plenty of mistakes, they never apologize for anything. I would rate them a zero or less if that were an option. It was tough giving them even one thumb's up.
