Excellent customer service, great turn around with car rental, they give great estimates wgrn knowing you are coming out of pocket instead of your insurance. They are very time sensitive, overall great experience everytime I nedd them! I was there today for a scratch on my door, fixed in ten minutes!
I just picked up my 2013 Jetta from Excellence and was very impressed with the service, value and attention to detail they gave me in replacing my front bumper. Carlos was awesome every step of the way and the front office administrator was also great. Like they said, "We hope you don't have to come back, but if you do..." I'll definitely return.
Very professional, very knowledgeable, and did a GREAT job on my car! I bought a new Durango and within 5 days of having it a girl runs all the way down my passanger side, all the way from the front to the back. Brian way the guy handling my car and he always knew what was going on with my car and answered all my questions! Outstanding work ethic, and an easy person to work with.
