I went there for my tesla repair. The initial quote was $10k. After two weeks, they asked for another 10k. After two weeks, they asked another 10k and ended up $38k for repair. Initial repair time was 2 weeks after parts arrival, however, it took 3 months to get my car back. Receptionist Cindy was so rude, she doesnt know anything whats going on with the issue, told me to call me back, but she never did. I tried to contact on email, but she normally ignored them. I had repairs done recently at excellence auto and service was great. Cindy and Sanjana were pleasant and professional. They explained the insurance process to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. Nick helped to make sure my car repairs was done quickly and even touched up a few areas for me. Thank you.
