Super expensive and super slow process, long waiting time and long repairing time, not flexible at all, like dealing with government owned place. You don't feel they really care your business, most of their business are from insurance companies.
I guess they don’t learn from their mistakes. I had a similar situation with headlights as another customer had. They didn’t calibrate the headlights and did a poor job on body work for my Audi
I had a good experience with this company. From the time I took the car in, to them dealing with our insurance company and informing me when to come in to do the repairs. It went pretty well, thanks to Melinda for being very professional and easy to talk too. Thanks again for bringing our car back to how it was.
