Excellence Auto Collision lived up to their name, as always! I’ve dealt with this company for decades and they are simply the best. Period. I was also fortunate to find and be assisted by, Marcel H., a wonderful gentleman and CSR; Marcel was ultra helpful, communicative and efficient. Always ahead of the process and always updating me. He’s an asset to the organization (and as I’ve been in the business for 40+yrs, I know who knows their stuff).

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Excellent Auto Collision Midwest. What should have been a simple repair for a minor hit-and-run turned into a 5-month nightmare. They pushed back my vehicle pickup date five times, each time with unexpected reasons. Their communication was one of the worst parts of this entire experience.
