I recently had a problem with an mis communication with their office. After Management heard the problem Mark (The Director) stepped in and not only solved the problem with service and promptness went far above my expectations. Empty your car of everything before you go to get repaired or ask your insurance company for a different place to go. They took out my charger and tow package and afterwards said I signed off before I handed my Tesla in that it was my vault. Took them months to inform me after they said they would replace since they took it out in An email. —— stay far or way or make sure u have nothing in your car you care about
Super expensive and super slow process, long waiting time and long repairing time, not flexible at all, like dealing with government owned place. You don't feel they really care your business, most of their business are from insurance companies.
