Excellent pay, boats are fair, not the worse. Just don’t know if you can trust the upper management in promising a spot of the vessel. I was due for a crew change as a trip pilot after being off for 3 weeks and 1 day prior was called to say a normal employee is working over so they no longer needed me that week.
