I enjoy the variety of workout classes and really enjoy my one on one training with Diane Kenney.
I love this gym!!! Its everything you need and more , in a gym. Everyone here works so hard , and I am always inspired and motivated when I come and when I leave. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and need I mention the classes?! I looove the classes they offer. Spin and hiit are my favorite and are apart of my weekly routine now. I highly recommend Excell to anybody and everybody looking for a gym home away from home :)
Great, local training facility! Fully equipped and even has a dead lift platform! Energetic, engaging staff and friendly gym members. Recommend to anyone in the area.
Very friendly people who are consistently genuine and care about folkes there. I am normally a gymphobic person, but i am loving Excell. Also, Diane Kenney is my trainer and she rocks!
