Great people and it is just a comfortable place to work out! My mom was visiting from out of state and it was No problem for her to go in and do her work out! She was missing her routine not being home and it just made her feel so much better! Thank you!!
I was never one to get up and go to a gym. I always felt uncomfortable and out of place. I figured I could make myself a smoothie and walk on a treadmill in full makeup at home. My son found Excell Fitness and pulled me in half way kicking and screaming. Well here we are 3 weeks later and I have a membership and a trainer *shout out to Taylor :)*. I am hooked.
