Have had nothing but great care from Dr Ralph, his staff have been great as well. Recommend his services, he’s very personable with his care for you and answers questions you may have
Dr. Passarelli was nice and very helpful, his staff is the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in a professional setting. I needed surgery and was in the process of setting it up and scheduling, I had questions so I called his office twice, no one would return my call, needless to say I decided to find another dr. One year later I received a bill for a radiology consultants which had tried numerous times to contact his staff about the authorization which they would not return their calls either. Lady staff are extremely rude nasty and downright snarky for no reason even though I’ve always even been nice. Need replaced immediately.
If I could give 0 stars to the doctor and his horrible PA and office staff I would. The front desk staff are rude and unfriendly. I was on crutches and no one held the door open for me. Passarelli was dismissive and tried to pass me off to a hematologist. Thank goodness I found a general practitioner who diagnosed me correctly and treated my Lyme Arthritis. I went from crutches to a cane and then walking within a few weeks. Save yourself the frustration, there are other excellent ortho providers in the area.
Fantastic doctor and staff! Honest and straight forward.
