My mother had hospice for 6 months before dying and the nurses were great and always available esp towards the end of her journey..lisa and jackie explained everything thouroghly...was a good experience

Excela Hospice lacked caring and simply performed basic duties with a lack of warmth. It has been a year since my daughter passed. Excela Hospice reached out to me for approximately two to three months. No one has contacted me since. I receive a mailer every few months. I would not refer anyone to this group.

The rehabilitation services are awesome. They were very attentive to my needs and abilities. I had two total hip replacements in 6 months. They were awesome and I highly recommend them.

The first time my mother got out of the hospital they were okay and they did their job great. But after the second time my mother was in the hospital she had to go over to Westmoreland Manor temporarily for rehab. The second time that they helped her was not so great. They did Express concern for my mother's own well-being the second time. But I did not like some of the decisions that they were going to make for her so I told the nurse that she needs to leave right now.
