Had my first appointment with Dr Lee today. Thought it all was going well til the end of my appointment when I realized that he had not heard half of what I told him during. Afterwards they gave me a printout of my visit summary. I had made a whole list of all my meds for them and gave to the ma, half of my meds are not listed here as well as a few listed that I do not take and haven't taken.
