After sitting in the ER for several hours and talking to other patients it became apparent that it would be an 8 hour wait to see the Doc. A lot of patients just left after several hours. Without a place to eat independence should consider placing a concession in the ER. I watched security remove a man after he ate a seat cushion. It is appropriate the mountaineers are taking over though, the first patient I witnessed going back had a musket wound.
The hospital is nice. The staff is not. Especially in the ER department. Honestly I would recommend any other ER than this one. I cannot give the hospital a bad name because of their rude ER employees. The rest of the hospital is very nice & professional.
Dr. Kad is a great doctor who never rushes you and answers your every question. He really takes the time!
