I didn’t believe the reviews until I was a patient there myself. My family tried to 302 me twice, but it didn’t hold BECAUSE I am not in psychosis or a threat to myself/anybody else. I went in on a 202 for voluntary. The nurses on the first floor refused to take my vitals and I waited little the nurses station from 2-5am sitting on the floor. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They, at first, told me that there was no stage 1 in renal cancer. (There is.) They told me I couldn't have Vistaril for my acute anxiety because I had my medical marijuana card in 2013. Dr Arul refused to increase my doses even though I was having debilitating symptoms. "Good doses" but still having severe anxiety and severe psychosis. Make it make sense. I would rather die than go back to this system.
Would not go here they only care about a check. Dr arul try to give me medication that I had a bad reaction to. Nobody care if you off yourself or not. I got dropped out of school for bad panic and anxiety. Nobody cares if I get sleep here. Don’t even bothering coming here. Partials are pointless don’t it just try another place or deal with it on your own
Went here for 3 years. In that time, they refused to adjust dosages, even when symptoms happened. God awful. If you need to go on a grippy sock vacation, pick another hospital.
The worst but the only place in Westmoreland county for adults.
